| Basically,
MAXI F&R TILE is manufactured
more strongly in expansion and shrinkage
than general vinyl tile Excellent dimensional
stability and its heaviness by the thickness
prevent tiles from coming off the floor. |
|
| *Caution
for installation. Install tiles on room
temperature over 15¢ªC |
|
When
installed below 15¢ªC, please use spacers
as thick as a name
card on the interval between tiles. |

 |
If fixed with adhesive, homogeneous
vinyl floor tile tends not to come
off the floor. In a spread construction
method, coming off the floor occurs
simply. However, MAXI F&R
TILE gets an advantage
over others. |

for a condition of coming off the
tile by temperature rising. |
Lay
2 pieces of tile side by side at
constant temperature room maintaining
5¢ªC and fix on tip of the tile with
quick-drying glue. After that, by
changing 10¢ªC to 45¢ªC, check condition
of the tile. |
|
Coming
off the floor is caused by expansion
of the floor.
Though expansion is caused by temperature
and moisture, the interval of dotted
line is still critical factor. Compared
with another homogeneous vinyl tile,
MAXI F&R TILE
has the property not to expand with
ease. When installed with too much
closed the line of dotted, if there
is wide difference in temperature,
Coming off the floor may occur.
Depending on personal installation
styles, keep tiles the room temperature
over 15¢ªC when installing. In case
of inevitable installing below 15¢ªC,
please use spacers as thick as a
name card on the interval between
tiles. |
